7 arte7 Arte is a non-profit cultural association which aims to support young Kosovarian artists, especially filmmakers, to promote and develop a common European culture. The association is comprised of young cinema enthusiasts and artists from different branches of art.

7 Arte is involved in NISI MASA network, since 2006. Since that time, 7arte NGO had organized several cultural programs on local and national level. The main activities that 7arte is organizing are: GREEN Music Festival, Open Air Cinema, DOKO YOMI film workshop, Shala la-la-la crafts workshop, and “Gjuj art” – a project that works in public spaces.

During 2014, 7Arte  implemented these projects:

Open Air Cinema 6th edition. “OAC” is a traditional event organized by 7arte. Inventing and promoting new public spaces was one of the objectives of this festival, on the other hand it is promoting young Kosovan filmmakers and European Cinema.

Green Music Festival was organized since 2001. The main goal of the “Green Music Festival” is to raise the public awareness on environmental protection and conservation, calm down the tense situation in Mitrovica, and improve the inter-ethnic-cultural life in the northern part of Kosovo.

“Mitro je t’aime” is a project which is implemented by 7arte and Museum of Mitrovica. Its aim was to establish a multimedia room and archive in the Museum of Mitrovica and to produce a video promotion by perspective of citizens.

Within 2014, 7Arte took part at different conferences and workshops in regional and national level and became a member of Kosovo Cultural Forum and CiviKos initiative.
