Filipe Pereira Filipe Pereira was born in 1981, and has for the last 8 years directed FEST - International Film Festival for Young Directors in Espinho, Portugal, In 2009 he also started FEST - Training Ground a deluxe training event for new filmmakers. The activities he has managed have gone in a great spectrum, including the production of a TV program of short films by young filmmakers, or activities of Media Literacy for young kinds from unprivileged neighborhoods.

Since May 2012, Filipe Pereira is the new President of NISI MASA.
